Windows
- Unzip the file anywhere (right-click → Extract All).
- Open DoctorsAppointment.exe.
- The game isn't code-signed yet: if SmartScreen appears, choose More info → Run anyway.
macOS
- Unzip and drag Doctor's Appointment to Applications.
- The first time, right-click → Open (the app isn't notarised yet).
- If macOS still refuses, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
Linux
- Unzip the file.
- Make it executable:
chmod +x DoctorsAppointment.x86_64 - Run DoctorsAppointment.x86_64. Needs a Vulkan-capable GPU driver.
